Customer service escalation?

I’m in customer service hell. I had four phones shipped to me which need to be returned and my service representative started the return process over 30 days ago. Meanwhile, no return labels, four useless phones, and a bunch of unanswered email requests. Anyone have tips for escalating my service request so that someone will actually answer?
