We have been fighting for our TCR SMS registration for over 3 months now. They have denied it several times saying that we need to fix one thing. We fix that one thing and then it’s denied again. This last time, I was told by one representative that I didn’t have enough information about what these messages will be used for. We added the information and resubmitted application. When I followed up, I was told by a separate representative that we had too much information. It has not been over the 20 business days that I was told it would take to be approved, and no one is able to give me an update. I spend over an hour each day on hold just trying to reach someone, only for them to say that they have no update and they are escalating the case. Looking for help and guidance on who to contact and how to get some answers. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your reply. I was given the case number #263 49 342. I was then given the escalation case number 270 179 18. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
