How to disconnect a user sharing a line?

If I have multiple people sharing only one line on their mobile devices (so that all those people can answer incoming calls (etc), and one of those people are terminated, how do I ensure she cannot access future client communications? Can I just change the login password for the sole line? How?

If you're the account admin, you can change an extension’s password directly from the Admin Portal by following the steps in this article:
đź”— Changing your RingCentral account password

Once the password is updated, you can share the new credentials with the appropriate users who need access to the account. I also recommend signing out all active sessions after resetting the password for security purposes.

Additionally, it’s a good idea to update the extension security question as an extra layer of protection. You can refer to the attached image for guidance.

Let me know if you need help with any of these steps!
