How to set advanced settings after poly e350 phone has been assigned to a user? The admin password directly on the poly e350 phone as like 456 or 789 but now that does not work. The phone has been assigned to the user by now web page login nor the direct on phone login to advanced settings fails to work.
I really don’t want to have to do a factory reset just to change something like the VLAN id? It makes no sense to me that the administrative access to the phone is disabled once the phone is assigned to user. And the admin portal appears to allow no device settings at all, i.e. change the VLAN setting?
