RingEX CDP Exam Does not Show Questions

This is usually caused by an active browser extension blocking the exam's script content, a bad local browser cache, or a temporary session glitch on the RingCentral University platform.

Here are the standard steps to resolve the blank exam page issue and get your test loading properly:

1. Open the Exam in an Incognito / Private Window

Ad-blockers, privacy extensions (like uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger), or strict tracking prevention in your browser often block the external assessment scripts that load the exam questions.

• Open a new Incognito / Private Browsing window.

• Log back into RingCentral University and launch the RingEX CDP Exam.

2. Clear Browser Cache & Cookies

If stale session data is saved in your browser, it can cause the exam module to mark progress (like jumping from 1% to 9%) without rendering the actual content on the screen.

• Clear your browser's cached images and files, close all browser tabs, and reopen the exam page.

3. Switch Web Browsers

If you are using Google Chrome, try opening the exam in Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge (or vice versa). Ensure pop-ups and third-party cookies are allowed for the RingCentral University domain.
