RingEX CDP Exam Does not Show Questions

I am trying to take the RingEX CDP Exam. The questions do not show up when you open the test. If I scroll down in the Overview it’s blank but my progress moves from 1% to 9%.  After that Section 1 shows the same blank page but does not allow me to move forward to section 2 like the overview did.
