Security remediation for TLS v 1.2 anonymous cipher?

Recent penetration testing showed several of our rental phones using a weak TLS v1.2 Anonymous cipher and key exchange. So, I was thinking a update should assist. That did not report after it went through all the motions/screens to accept and process, only to revert back. I believe since managed devices Ring Central would be automatically updating, pushing, etc. So, any suggestions. No firewall blocking as I checked, just perhaps something not configured correctly? Yes, I’m walking into this setup as new home and seems there is house cleaning to do.
