support@niceincontact.com quarantine trigger O365

In the last few weeks we've noticed support@niceincontact.com keeps getting marked for quarantine - I've while listed support@niceincontact.com & help@niceincontact.com - but still intermittently getting caught in quarantine

anyone else having this issue?
