I am an annual RingEx subscriber, and I am at the end of my one-month renewal period (renewing tomorrow), during which I should be able to adjust my licenses. I have attempted to resolve this by reaching out to support twice but have not received proper assistance.
My first request went unanswered.
The second time, I received a call from RingCentral, but there was no audio—just silence.
I need immediate assistance to remove these licenses before my renewal, as I do not want to be charged for another year. I have made every effort to resolve this, but the portal does not allow me to manage this on my own.
