Is there a way to add more Insights to the Insight option of ACE in Ring CX

I am having a few requests from my executive leadership team that arent seeming feasible with settings I see. Under Insights within ACE and under competitors I have added our competitors for heating oil and Propane and it has a lovely pie chart but they want me to be able to seperate this by product as we sell. Heating oil, propane, natural gas, electric, and HVAC. I can obviously add in the competitors in every area but that doesnt help with being able to seperate. Is there a way to create new insights. 

I did create trackers in a similar way but they want the pie chart. Id make my own with AI but there also isnt the ability to be able to do a bulk download of transcripts to analyze those int he tracker
