We have realized that out of all the predefined roles, only Super Admins have access to view live reports. I completely understand why only Super Admins would be able to EDIT the live reports dashboards, but why are they the only ones who can VIEW the live reports? Why shouldn’t Phone System Admins be able to view the live reports, and potentially Managers too? It makes no sense that we should have to give a user super admin privileges just to be able to VIEW the live reports.
Our account executive hasn’t been able to provide any answer to this besides encouraging us to upgrade licenses to be able to create custom roles, which we are not going to do. Then he recommended asking the question here instead.
