Automations for Team Chats?

Our team uses RingCentralEX. We rely on a team chat to share a lot of internal information. We’re coming from Slack, where we used a bot to automate responses to some frequently asked questions. I can’t seem to find similar functionality. Am I missing it?

We also have certain actions that occur frequently with small differences. Is there a way to implement a templated message inside Team chats?
