I cloned and run as per docs

Graduation permission SubscriptionWebhook is in red only

> ringcentral-subscription-basics>npm start> ringcentral-subscriptions@0.2.0 start C:xampphtdocs c ingcentral-subscription-basics

> node index.js

Succesfully logged into the RC Account
