We recently hosted a very popular webinar about App Connect. If you attended, thank you! If not, check out the recording when you have a chance. The webinar was very well-attended and one of the most popular questions asked was, "does App Connect support <CRM name>?" If you are ever curious, you can see a list of CRMs supported by App Connect in its documentation.

We had a number of people ask about CRMs that are NOT currently supported by App Connect. They are:

  • Acculynx
  • Active Campaign
  • Aptean
  • FreeAgent
  • Follow Up Boss
  • Hawksoft
  • Keap
  • LACRM
  • Monday.com
  • Smart Advocate

People also asked about HighLevel and ServiceNow. We have a ServiceNow adapter today, provided by Gate6, and another partner is working on HighLevel - which we are excited to release when they are done.

As stated earlier, sadly, these CRMs do not yet have an App Connect adapter. But hope should not be lost. There are a number of avenues in getting one built. Here are the options available to you:

1. Contact RingCentral Professional Services: RingCentral Professional Services has experience building App Connect adapters and can offer extensive support services around the adapters they build. Cost to build starts around $10,000.

2. Contact an App Connect partner: We work with a number of vendors experienced in building App Connect adapters. We recommend contacting them to see what they can offer. Perhaps they will build the adapter with no up-front cost and then license it back to you, or perhaps you can engage them to build an adapter to your exact specifications.

3. Build the adapter yourself. Granted, not everyone is a software engineer, or has an engineer on their team, but if you do, this is a perfectly viable approach.

Will RingCentral build the adapter for me, as I am a paying customer?

I will never say "never," but generally speaking, the team responsible for App Connect prefers to put its efforts into expanding the framework's underlying capabilities, rather than building out new CRM adapters. Therefore we rely on our partners and professional services to assist customers in building new adapters.
