Has anyone had issues with the Busy Lamp Field (BLF) not lighting on the M695 module?

I want to be able to answer calls using the call control buttons directly on my headset.I've downloaded Plantronics Hub, which recognizes that my headset (Voyager Focus UC) is connected. But on my RingCentral app/settings, it just says "Headset ready to connect" and doesn't show the Voyager on here. Is it just supposed to look like the following image?Additionally, on Plantronics Hub, it doesn't show me RingCentral as an option for "Target Softphone". How do I get the Hub to recognise RingCentral? Please see image below.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.Owen.

We use the function "Update Unified Presence". This works fine for the own extension. But when specifying another extension we get an error:Content: {"errors":[{"errorCode":"PRS-012","message":"Presence may be updated for the requester own extension only."}]}Note: The user we use is a "super admin". So there should be no problem with the permission.Does anyone know what the problem is and how we can resolve it?

Where in the API can I find the same data shown in the Coaching Workflow report in RingCentral? I am trying to put my application on production but the "Apply for Production" button is disabled no matter what I am doing. I am only using the Ring-Out endpoint to add a dialer function to my application. I do have 5+ successful API calls to my endpoint. Moreover, the only error I got was 401 error which was because the access token expired and I handled it by using the refresh token to retrieve a new access token.

Could this property perhaps be lastModifiedTime (I suspect not), or is there going to be a new field implemented in the future in 'Chat' object that will indicate when the chat was viewed the last time?

Having an issue today where extensions busy lamp fields are lit up indicating they are on a call even when they are not. It started with just one, but now it has progressed to all four user extensions. So now basically no one in my organization has any way of knowing if another user is free or on a call. I tried contacting support but obviously that achieved nothing. Wondering if any users in the community had experienced this or had any idea what it might be. I am using Poly VVX410 phones.

Hello,I've been working on setting up a Webhook using the Quick Start Guide example for C#, but I've run into a problem with the Validation Token. I don't see anywhere in the quick start guide where the token is referenced, and I've thus far not found anything on the forums for the C# example. My code currently is identical to the example in the guide with the two exceptions being:eventFilters = new[] { "/restapi/v1.0/account/~/telephony/sessions" }deliveryMode = new NotificationDeliveryMode{...}There is no NotificationDeliveryModeRequest in the RingCentral.Net package from what I've been able to find. Should I be using a different package for this, and is that why I have no validation token? Are there additional steps that were not included in the quick start guide? Or is there something that I've missed elsewhere? Any advice or assistance would be appreciated!

The new Shared Voicemail Inbox feature is included in the recent RingCentral iPhone app update (23.1.30).It's indicated in the "What's New" update notes that if a coworker "gives you access" to their voicemail, their voicemail messages will show up in the Shared Voicemail Inbox.However I see nothing in the settings for the desktop or smartphone app whereby I can give access to my voicemail (or Shared Voicemail Inbox) to a coworker.Please advise...

Is anyone else STILL having issues with outbound text messages? We have registered our campaign, registered all of our numbers and everything has been approved. Yet we are still unable to send outbound messages. Some with go through, after about 15 times of refreshing, some will go through on the first try and some just don't go through. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?? and has anyone else been dealing with this issue?

A fellow business user recommends Mighty Text SMS services to send & receive SMS and MMS from your computer or tablet using your current Android phone number. Messages stay in sync with your phone's SMS inbox. This app displays incoming messages on her computer monitor. I would like to use the RingCentral SMS is there a way to do what Mighty Text does?

Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. Hi! We recently switched to Ring Central and we are working out all the details. Our old system would show you were on the phone with who and give you options while you were on the phone to transfer, put on hold, etc. If you were on a desk phone, or using your cell phone. Is that something that Ring Central can accommodate? We have several people that several remote users that can use the mobile app, but it would be easier to have the call on their desktop within their app to show the options.

Customer would like phones to ring directly to their desks and then if nobody is there to answer they would like it to go to an IVR menu with option. I know I could set up an outgoing message and take an incoming message but they would like the phone system to send them to an auto-attendant if there is not staff to answer.

Ported one of our main numbers from Bell Canada to Ring Central and now receiving intermittent inbound call failures with message stating that the number is not in service(Ring Central tickets 18066836, 16760462, 16944650). Contacted Bell Canada upper management and they eliminated number from their switches and they state that the number is fully ported to Ring Central. Ring Central changed SIP providers for the number but the issue persists. If the number is fully ported to Ring Central why are we getting intermittent inbound call failure with the message that "the number is not in service"?

I would like to be able to track how many calls I made in a certain time period, as I am not a manager I don't have access to my own statistics. Is there a way to check this number?
