I reassigned an account from an old user to a new user. I am unable to send her a new invite. Any idea on how to fix this?

Hello,We had a bunch of missed calls for about 2 hours today in a call queue and I am wondering if it is possible to check the status of the people within the queue at the time the calls were missed?

We have a call queue for our main knowledge center. The call queue manager reported an issue wherein all callers are unavailable during business hours and a call will not automatically go to voicemail. The queue is set up to wait for a given time before going to voicemail. There is no option for a caller to be sent right to voicemail with a different message (all agents are busy, if you'd like to leave a voicemail press 1). But we have a recording of this message that we've put into the call queue previously that say this, but not the option is no longer there. The call queue manager has said something has changed in the past few weeks. I have a ticket open with RC and they say that's never been an option. I'm trying not to pass judgement on either side, but I know this person and they are kind of a stickler for how their call center runs. Is it possible there WAS a change and the RC tech doesn't know that? Is there a setting we're missing?

A user in our company has an issue where the RingCentral desktop application shuts down unexpectedly and tries to reinstall itself. I have tried to uninstall the program and then download it again but the issue persists. For now I have her use the browser version but I want to know if there is a fix available or planned.

When answering on headphones for the first 10 seconds the caller's voice is very faint. How can I rectify this? It is very annoying especially working in a very loud office.

Please bear with me if I ramble. We recently migrated to Ring Central MVP from Mitel. For video meetings we used a Zoom pro account, and we're evaluating RC's video meeting function to see if we need/want to renew the Zoom account. So far there are two issues I noted but didn't know if there was a work-around for it. I'll post the 2nd question in another post.We have a small office (2 people) and share the Zoom pro account. So, even if the meeting was arranged by the boss, I could log in as him and host. This came in handy over the past year as he had serious medical issues that required hospitalization, and I could just step in and be him. In RingCentral, from what I see, the only way I would have access to the meeting is if he had invited me to begin with (there are some meetings we both attend, and some only he attends and I'm not copied on the invitation). I've noticed that the upcoming meetings only show the next week, and shows both Ring Central video meetings as well as any other meeting I have in my outlook calendar. (Last week it showed a doctor's appointment.) Is there any way to see the entire list of scheduled video meetings? I was hoping that there'd be a function in the Admin Portal (I'm super admin) so that I could see all of the meetings for all users. (I should add - we are a nonprofit with a staff of 2. I have been using this wifi connection for two months now all of a sudden I cannot receive or make phone calls due to 'network error' there is no issue with my wifi or phone connection, can anyone please advise?

Since the new app was released and we can no longer log into the call queue lines from the new app we have found that we have NO way to access text messages being sent to the call queue. This is a big problem for my business and needs rectified immediately. Has anyone found a work around or a solution to this?,If anyone has figured out how to access their call queue text messages since the new app has come out can you please share? We have nothing but problems with the call queue line since the new app has been released. We can only access the voicemails on this line by going in through the admin portal and call queue management. The app won't allow us to log into call queue any longer. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! Hello,My company is a Logitech Rally Bar shop and we're running a Windows 10 Desktop, connected to Rallybar, running RC Meeting Room, controlled by an iPadI've noticed that after every major windows update, machine bounces, but no boot up RC Meeting triggers a no-audio error.What's more interesting, computer and rally bar seem to be working just fine, fixing the 'problem' is incredibly easy, I'll need to go to the iPad, audio settingsby default its pointing to the correct audio source (but showing its not working), toggling to incorrect audio source, back to correct audio source fixes the problem.I've bounced logitech equipment, but on boot up issue persists, iPad still shows audio source errorThoughts?
