Hi,I don't found a response at the simple question : "is it possible to configure a holyday rules or calendar for all my company (a lot of sites, IVR, call queue...) ?"

There is currently no way in an IVR just have callers remain on the line to be directed to a queue. There is the time out option where after the IVR repeats three times you can send the call to an extension. We need an option to send the call to an extension if no buttons are pressed after the first time the IVR menus are played.

I work off a Google Chrome Box and have the Ring Central App for Google. Too many times I am typing a text message and my text disappears, sometimes it's just partial, sometimes the whole thing disappears (multiple times on the same text). There are no incoming calls or texts when this happens. But it is very frustrating. Any information would be appreciated. TYIA

When registering for The Campaign Registry, it was clear that, even with conversational texting, we need to provide a way to opt out of texting. If someone opts out of conversational texting, there appears to be no way to block the texting feature on a number without blocking the calling as well. Does anyone have any insight here?

Hello, When using the RingOut API to initiate a call, is it possible to specify an extension (eg. 105) as the 'from' number, rather than a full number?Or is a full number/direct dial number required in order to use the RingOut API?Thanks,Jonathan

when I make an appointment on (video meeting) it tells me that the video meeting is successfully scheduled, however the meeting does not appear in my upcoming meetings area so i can join. Where does the meeting join button go to? (I do not have it connected to any calendar or does this new update consider you to have a calendar so it can appear on your screen?)

First I am unable to get even my own personal voicemail transcriptions using this method. WE use Mitel 6930 phones and are not able to conference in more than one caller. We need to be able to do this as not all users have the app installed . Help! Not an issue on Mitel before acquisition of Ring Central.

Texts are coming in broken and out of order. You literally have to "connect the dots" to figure out what is being said.Is this a way to charge us more with the new SMS charges? It's not very professional and if we have to submit this as a legal document, we have to "alter" it to make sense of what is being stated - which is not acceptable with legal discovery documents.

Hi, i need to get access to the information of the inbound call receiver. In the API response we just get the phonenumber. With this i cannot join it with my main table because of the duplicates (One phone number used by more than 2 people). So how may i get acceess to it ? We're using the Hubspot integration and haven't found a way to add our call log to our user reports dashboard to track the calls that they are making. Our users are also Contacts in the system in Hubspot. Has anyone else found a way to make this work?

Hi, I'm getting data hourly from the API filtering it by date. The systom don't shown any error, but when i'm going to compare the logs from an specific hour between the data sent to my database and the analytics portal, the Total Calls are different. Around (5 or 15 calls) is the difference between both in some of the hours. Why could it be happend ?Note: i'm aware that if the call hasn't finished end, it's not accessible with the API. So that's why i wait aproximately 1.5 hours to get the information of the datarage.Thanks,

What is the reason the RC Meetings is being retired in favor of RC Video? I'm not opposed to the upgrade, I'm just curious why its happening and forcing me to do the uninstall/reinstall process. Is there a way that Topics can be added to the "Topics" section of this form. The ring central documentation says that the error code means RC filters marked the sms as spam. However, I want to know if in this error case receivers are marking our sms as spam or does the RC filters think that there is a spam content in those SMS.

According to this Desktop App support page, I can disable the Use Standalone Window For Phone Calls option in Settings. You can see by the below image that the option does not appear in my Desktop App Settings.How do I disable the Use Standalone Window For Phone Calls option?

No issues dialing out, but if I reach an auto-attendant, it does not hear my number selections. Only happens via my desktop app. RC tech support has not been able to help. Checked to make sure I've got most up to date version. Has anyone experienced this?
