How do we access previous year's call logs and performance reports? It only lets me access up to past 5 months?

Trying to create a web based application to call other and to receive call from external.We have decided to try with JavaScript. While using Javascript SDK we need a reference or link to start with creating this javascript based app for calling and receive calls.Any help

Using the RingCentral.Net SDK - how do retrieve the X-Rate-Limit-* headers from the responses ?

Has anyone figured out a way to disable the Call Quality popup survey that pops up after every call? It's very annoying to many of my users. Even if we can just reduce the number of times it pops up would be helpful!

Does Ringcentral have an API that allows real time reporting of calls in progress? We would like to keep track of our calls to keep track of new clients. Similar to a CRM, if a client calls that a pop up window open and we could see prior notes, if it is a new client that we can move it in a separate call log to follow up.Does something like this or similar exist?

Since Ring Central has discontinued their meeting app and the plug-in for Outlook is no longer valid, there appears to be no way to schedule meeting and have them populate your Outlook calendar. I have contacted Ring Central multiple times and they insist this is still possible and uneducated people are sending me links to Outlook 365. I am trying to educate the Ring Central employees that this information is useless and thousands of their customers do not have Outlook 365, but there seems to be no understanding that by discontinuing this plug in they are eliminating a service we are paying for.I would like someone from Ring Central to contact me to show me how it is still possible to schedule a meeing through Outlook since I am getting nothing but incorrect information from the tech support staff.

We do not have access to the Text Message feature and was wondering if it is possible to send a bulk voicemail out to a created RC Group in lieu of a text?

It is SUPER annoying and inconvenient that there's no option to toggle between multiple business phone numbers within the Ring Central app. It's not 'real time' if I have to log out and log back in to see what is happening with each business. This is a VERY important feature that needs added ASAP please!! :)

I work in the office two days a week and from home three. I'd like calls to be automatically transferred to my cell phone when forwarded to my extension during the days I'm home and to my Polycom phone days I'm in the office. Outside of office hours, I'd like calls to get an after hours type message. Is it possible to set things up like this?

As of 6th May 2021, our RingCentral CRM integration stopped working. The integration is providing click to dial and screen popping capabilities within the Access RDB CRM software. This is a custom plugin that has been developed for us .After speaking with our developer, they have advised that the issue has occurred due to changes made by RingCentral surrounding the authorization within the .NET SDK. The plugin is using the 2.0.2 version of the .NET SDK. The plugin is now unable to authorize with RingCentral so it no longer works.Is anybody aware of any changes relating to this that may have been made around 6th May that could cause this type of plugin to suddenly stop being able to authorize? The plugin has been working fine for the previous 12 months. The assumption is that, as there have been no changes to the plugin or any of the authorization credentials on our end, the changes must have occurred from RingCentral.Please

We would like the ability to save and later recall chat from a Meeting, in the same same manner that you can save the video from a meeting and later recall it.

When we start a video meeting between coworker, at the end of the meeting everybody turn back to green but the host stay red for long minute sometime more than 15 minutes.,When we start meeting with coworker. At the end of the meeting, the status everybody turn back to green. But not the host, he stay red for almost 15 minutes sometime more.

RC Video invite takes invited guest to a webpage that forces to install Ringcentral app page. I am using the link straight from the video meeting.. I thought Ringcentral Video was supposed to open straight into a web browser without the use of an app??!! What am I doing wrong?

When I go to the call log and hit the filter button to display all filter options, the extension filter does not display. It does when I log into other computers but not on my laptop. I've tried different browsers and cleared my cache. Help please.
