The new version of ring central lacks the ability to comment on a task. This is essential for our team and how we function. I had a new employee today try to download the ring central classic app and was automatically diverted to download the new version with a message stating ring central classic is no longer available. Why is this not a feature in the new version??

I'm working on A2P SMS application which is now able to send SMS to multiple recipients. However, I can't view inbound and outbound messages, as well as logs from message store. Hello everyone,I am using a platform known as ClickUp to better organize my team and company. I would like to integrate or embed RingCentral in it, and it does give you the option and embed space to do so. However, with no technical knowledge whatsoever, I am unable to get it to work past showing the login. It does show the RingCentral popup and will redirect me to the RingCentral login, but once I click through the site, it doest not take me back, nor does it login on the widget in ClickUp. If anyone knows of any solutions, please let me know. And if I'm just being dumb then please by all means let me know as well haha talk soon and stay safe everyone!Manuel

We need to record JUST one speaker in a Glip Ringcentral Video Meeting. Now when we record, no matter what view we are in - it records the grid. This is needed on SO many applications of video conferencing. I can't believe it is not included in Glip Ringcentral. Any way around this?

It appears in Zapier you can add a contact to your CRM or Google Contacts when a new contact is created in Ring Central but not the other way around. I want to add a contact to Ring Central when one is created in my CRM.

Before purchasing the license for a RingCentral Meeting Room I'd like to be sure that it works the way I'm hoping.Can we still create a meeting with a user as the host, and then add the room to the meeting - effectively giving the Rooms app the ability to start the meeting on behalf of the host?

I work for a company that has 300+ users and we use AS400 which utilizes F6 & F8 to perform functions and these two keys are assigned to ring central - we have not rolled out yet but need to make s global setting as many users, as easy as it is, will have issue over whelming our support desk if depolyed

We have a professionally recorded company greeting uploaded. When someone calls in the greeting plays. If they dont make a selection the greeting plays again. The pause between the end of the first greeting and the start of the greeting playing again is entirely too long. Painfully long. How do we get the pause between the greetings down to 2 seconds.

If I receive a call which I don't want to attend that particular time but want to reject it with sending a sms message to the caller something like "Call you later" or "I am busy now", how can be done in Ringcentral?

If a user add a contact number here in Ringcentral only that user can view the contact info. Is there any way that to make the saved contact info a global access to all other users across the company or any way to add that into company contact list?

Hello,I have created an rc app and passed the graduation requirements, now it is active in production. I am using .net core web application with ring central .net sdk. It is working fine with sandbox credentials but when i changed it with production credentials it gave an authorization error. I have reset the password of production credentials but it did not work and it reset the password of my account. We would like to be able to give each call queue a priority level. For example, if a caller has been waiting for 3 minutes and is in call queue #3, we would like this call patched through to one of our agents before a caller in Call Que #1 or #2.I would like to be able to have a feature to where is a caller is in a specific call queue no matter what that call would get prioritized. For example, a caller in call queue 3 would get run through to an agent before a caller in call queue 1

We were forced to migrate to the new RC Desktop App from RingCentral Phone app. It seems like actual phone features are being further and further pushed out by all this Glip stuff. I mean, I can't even organize my contacts into groups or favorites. Instead I have to search every time.

Does RingCentral Meetings support the Zoom VDI media plugin defined here? https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360031096531-Getting-started-with-VDIMuch of our workforce uses virtual desktops, Citrix for that matter, we are trying to better our video meetings. Why can RingCentral mobile not stay connected to Bluetooth devices?  I have used at least a couple of Bluetooth devices on a couple of different phones, and the connectivity to Bluetooth is always an issue.  When I am on calls, it bounces back and forth between the default headset (which is the actual cell phone) and my Bluetooth device.  I will be in the middle of a conversation and suddenly the audio drops from one device and picks up on the other; for example, I may lose the call on my headset and then plug in the Bluetooth to realize that it has transferred over to it.  This is extremely frustrating. 

We need to know whether call masking is possible in ring central. That means customer A call from his mobile number to Customer B mobile number from our application. In this scenario we need to hide the customer A phone number to Customer B and also hide customer B phone number to Customer A. Is there any way to do this functionality.

What app works well with RingCentral for Contact Manager

I know there was a post in November of 2020 in regards to adding the Zoom Alternate Host capability to RC Meetings. Has this been considered yet? We had to keep over 20 Zoom licenses due to the fact that RC Meetings does not have this capability. Seems very silly since most Executive Assistants setup meetings for their superiors...

How do you add a co-host (co-organizer) to a meeting, so that if the host (organizer) is not available, the co-host can start the meeting?

Is there a way to assign an alternate host to a webinar?  I often have several webinars running at once and having an alternate hosts allows me to do so with my previous conferencing solutions.
