Hello,We are rolling out Polycom VVX 450. The main display has 3 columns or zones for lack of a better term. "Left" Columns has the 6 line keys, Middle column has the time and date, and the right column has the other 6 lines. The middle zone is rather large and cuts off the line descriptions for the left and right line keys. Is there a way to adjust this? You can turn off the date/time but the middle "column" is still there. Seems like a big waste of screen area.

I would like to have an option to be able to disable the Call Waiting tone when using the RC Phone app. I would like to keep the pop-up, but not have the Call Waiting tone in my ear when a second call comes in.

When my mobile rings through the Ring Central app. There is a great delay in the call being connected after answering. I have to say "hello" three times before I hear the caller. It is rather frustrating!

I can't create a call record on the sandbox number.I tried the following method:1) Using the Ring Central app I called another number and specified another number that is not associated with the sandbox account as a custom number2) Received a call on phones3) The recorc button did not appear

We want to be able to allow users access to "User Hours". Unfortunately Role permission to change it is grouped under "User Info" permission which contains other fields we can not allow users to change.We disables "User Info" to prevent users from changing their account email address in our SSO environment. If they do that, they are unable to sign-in via campus SSO and they loose access to their RC account.Some items underneath User Info->Settings and Permissions are appropriate and very useful to end users. For instance "User Hours".Is there another way, or future plans, to allow users access "User Hours" without also allowing them to change the account email?

Earlier this month, we had a 2 hour window when voicemail notification emails were significantly delayed.Has anyone built their own email notification service using RC API functionality? If so, do you know where we could find the API to build such a service?Thank you!

Is the RC for Windows Phone application going to be sunset and replaced by RC Classic (Glip)? I thought I remembered hearing this last year and wanted to ask if there was an update.

Hello,I we just got setup with a couple of Cisco phones and I setup some speed dials but they continually alternate between the display name and blf2649580228 or similar numbers. I tried to go in and delete the speed dials but when I do there is no information listed in the speed dial location? I have rebooted the phone so not sure what else to do.

Meeting is scheduled with "enable join before host" enabled. Host joins meeting, but attendees are unable to join. Attendees receive message "waiting for host", but host is already in the meeting. This issue does not happen with all meetings and there is no commonality to when it occurs.

Here is a feature that I would love to see. The Why: When a meeting ends, many times you need to grab a few key people and do an immediate debrief meeting or debrief call (no video). Yes as host I could wait til certain people hopped off and say, the following people hang on, but occasionally you want that to be anonymous. I could go to my personal room, invite people, and send, but there should be a WAY easier method.For example: During the main meeting creation, a check box "Schedule Follow-Up Call for Debrief". You can set as phone call or video meeting. Either pre-invite people to it to block time, or option to wait and see attendees list. Hello I would like the feature to see the time between calls on the Analysis section in RingCentral. It will show me how many minutes between calls, so I can know how long they are taking breaks before dealing again.

We need reporting by IVR Menu extension press. How many people press 1 for sales for example.

I have a customer who has their reception phone programmed with two other phones to ring simultaneously in a ring group (those phones are the backup receptionist and lunch room). During the day there might not be anyone at these three phones so they would like to have another extension have the capability to pickup calls to their main number from time to time. They do not want this 4th phone to be part of the ring group so it rings for every incoming call to the main number. In the PBX world this was called Call Pickup or Directed Call Pickup. My customer is using Yealink T48S phones on their RC account. Has anyone figured out a way for this to be accomplished?

Hi Team,We are App developers from OAppS. We created the extension RingCentral for Zoho Desk integration and we got the production account. Now, We can't access the production URL. It is perfectly working in the Sandbox environment. Login credentials are almost the same as the sandbox developer account. When we tried to use the production URL I got the following issue. Is there a way to have QM Evaluation forms Auto-save as we're filling them out. RC Contact Center doesn't recognize that I'm working on an active form, and when it times out, it closing out my form as well. I lose all the information I have already inputted. Every time I save it manually, it closes out and I have to go re-open. It is costing me a lot of time and frustration. Please let me know what others do with this problem.

If i add a caller to a call using the desktop app, i will be on the phone with party A. click add dial party b, then after i prep party b for the 3way call i will hit merge and it will show I am on a "conference" call in the app.When i am done with part b i want to disconnect them. On the old ring central app i used to be able to do that and hang up on specific callers.I can't figure out how to do that in the new app.

Is there a way to set different notification rules for SMS messaging for after hours/weekends/holidays? Would like to notify the Manager on Call of all SMS messages that come in. We have missed a few text messages that came in Friday night but we didn't see them until Monday. Just learned how to "manually" set up notification rules to rectify the issue. Trying to figured out if there is an automatic setting so that we don't have to manually set this up every Friday.

Having had used GoToMeeting and our organization is transitioning to Ringcentral, GoToMeeting showed you the maximum # of participants you could have for your meeting. This information is essential to be aware of, if you plan on having any meeting where you would need more participants than what you have been assigned by your administrator. Thus far, I have had to validate this information by contacting Ringcentral support, but nothing reassures me that this is truly the case for my account, especially if my administrator changes my plan, without my knowledge.

Issue: How to simply hit a button and Send a Meeting Invite from within Ring Central Meetings. We have hundreds of sales people without email clients installed and using their own email addresses from the web.Solution: Ring Central Meetings should have a button that says Send Meeting Invite and actually sends an email from their servers.... not require us to install email clients on hundreds of laptops that require us to maintain. My Team is looking for a way to remove/edit the default meeting invitation to remove the verbiage "Hi There". I know there's an option to add text to the default, but is there an option to remove?

This post is simply to suggest a feature to RC developers:Would you please create a function so that someone can see analytics for some users but not all? I have windows 10 and after I tried launching the RingCentral desktop app, I get a force close. So, I uninstalled and tried reinstalling. Then I get this error: The cabinet file 'softphone.cab' required for this installation is corrupt.Help!
