Hello,I have written a program to export the extension settings including caller ID and notification settings. However, it looks like the API to update an extension is seriously lacking in the settings we can edit.Is there any timeline for when these features will be at-par? I'd like to develop a settings backup/restore/migration program

I see how to update most greeting options via this:https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Rule-Management/createCustomUserGreetingBut that doesn't seem to apply to the user's 'Recorded User Name'. Is there anyway to update that via the API. I can't find the appropriate option.

Our company's phone transfer to RC was just completed the other day. In the meantime, the desktop app and mobile app had shown temporary phone and fax numbers. We were told that once the transfer was complete these numbers would update.The mobile app has updated to the correct numbers but the desktop app has not. How can this be fixed?

RingCentral's SSL certificate for https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com expired 3 days ago and is causing major problems with my development efforts.Also, the Glip Sandbox environment won't log in because of the same issue. The error says "failure to complete SSL handshake."

New and suffering from how rich this is. I have an existing database application which can listen and send via a web server. It can be restful. I need to create an inbound IVR. RC is to answer a call, present the welcome and menu, then send to my app. My app will authenticate caller to the database and direct RC to ask the next question/prompt to the caller. I don't think I have to use any RC menus structures? Is this a webhook?

Under Auto-Receptionist I do not have the options of IVR Menu and IVR Editor. How to I change to multi-level?

Trying to forward emails from hotmail to my team conversation in glip using the post via email, email addresses that the team is given by glip. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it will send the email to an entirely new conversation the team is there but its a new conversation and a new email address is created. Cannot figure out if I am doing something wrong. It defeats the purpose since I am trying to forward and organize different emails to the proper team conversations.

I work from the UK and have a UK number making calls via the desktop windows phone to other UK numbers. I am wondering if I travel to France will I still be able to make calls from the same app without changing the number and still using the same desktop system without incurring additional charges?
