Hello, newbie question here (from a non-developer RC admin) -Our company uses the NovoEd online learning platform (www.novoed.com). NovoEd apparently has an existing integration with Zoom, and to set this up all that is needed is to supply the Zoom API Key and API Secret (literally, just need to enter them in the two fields provided in the NovoEd admin UI). They explain how/where to obtain these from Zoom. But, this assumes one has an actual Zoom account, which we do not. We have Zoom as RingCentral Meetings (via our RingCentral Office account).I've looked at some of the RC Developer community articles, but they reference "creating an application" in the Developer portal to obtain the keys. We're not creating a NEW application, we need to connect to an existing one, so this doesn't make sense. Hello folks,I am trying to authorize and get an access token using postman, I am redirected to the SSO login page and when I enter my email address I get an error message saying SSO is not yet enabled for this account however I can log in normally to the developer portal with SSO!below are screenshots of postman config and the error message, any suggestions?Ahmed

Using the REST API, I can update a user extension and fill out the mobilePhone attribute, but I cannot seem to figure out how to then clear that attribute for other users. Is this possible? I've tried sending "", null, and just a space and they all just error.

Our office currently upgraded our email to Office 365. I've found however if we are only using the Outlook mobile app connected to our Office 365 account then I can't see its calendar in my RingCentral mobile app for web meetings, etc.At the moment as a work around I have the Samsung Email app configured with my office 365 account and just have emails not syncing, this way I can see my calendar in the RingCentral mobile app and then are using the Outlook mobile app for emails.Integration between the Outlook mobile app and the RingCentral app would be soooo useful! I can add my Office 365 calendar on the RingCentral desktop app.Thank you!

We're using the RingCentral App (Glip Only).We have been experiencing a lot of problems lately since RC decided to limit the functionalities and also changing the way it works.Today we noticed that we can't start a meeting from the desktop app.When tried to start a call w/ a colleague call never prompts to browser therefore never initiate the RC meeting app.Is there anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm in the U.S. and opened case #10564658 about this topic.I received an email from RingCentral on Monday 4/6 saying that by Sunday 4/12 I need to have my network admin whitelist the IP address 34.196.189.103/32.After contacting support to clarify, it sounds like they are saying anyone I invite to a RingCentral Meeting (internal or external) will also have to whitelist this IP address in their firewall or they may not be able to join the meeting, but I'm worried their may be some miscommunication here.I can't imagine setting up a meeting with a new recruit and sending them a link to a RingCentral meeting along with instructions on how to whitelist an IP address. Is this real?

It is INCREDIBLY frustrating to constantly talk over my clients, or them over me, because of the horrible delay in hearing each other! I used to make calls directly from my phone's app. To avoid the delay, I though I'd try make calls through my back office (i.e. having the number dial my cell phone from my laptop)Still a delay. A "network issue' does not sound like my problem. Any suggestions, one way or the other, of how to rectify this problem? I have a Samsung Note 4, and my servicer is T-Mobile.

Hello -I've been tasked with looking into any type of integration point between a SharePoint Online modern communication site and glip. I've looked on your list of apps that can be integrated with glip, and didn't see anything there. Is there any way to accomplish this using a custom client side SharePoint web part? Or, does anyone know of any other type of integration point using SharePoint and not a ground-up website?thanks in advance for any help with this -

I have been facing problems with RC Phone app desktop. Some times when I accept calls, caller can not hear me but I can hear them loud and clear. Some time I can the caller but my voice doesn't go out. I tested today with Glipp app and its working just fine but with RC Phone my voice was going out but I couldn't hear the caller.

My texting on the desktop application working intermittently today. Any suggestions? Not working now - or a few hours ago - was working in the interim though. Frustrating!

Hey Everyone!IT Guy here who has a client who uses this app at the request of some of their clients. My client's integrated WebCam will not work within RingCentral and RingCentral only. It works just fine in Teams and the Camera App within Windows 10. I've followed the basic troubleshooting steps and I see the settings within the app are correct as well. Is my only other option to reinstall the application?

Our admin has setup two of us in the call queue for our main company phone number (404) 000-0000. When a call comes through to that main number, my RC app does not ring. If a call comes in to my direct number (404) 111-1111, however, it does ring.I'm logged into the app with my personal login. My toggle is on to accept queue calls & data (voip) calling.Why would the app not be ringing?

Good morning. I installed this app to our domain on Friday and tested among out IT crew. It worked great. Then, this morning, as we were going to turn it back on and go live with it among both of our GSuite domains, the app seemingly disappeared from the GSuite Marketplace. There is still a RC Office GSuite AddOn, but that is with the outdated logos and such. Was the RingCentral GSuite Add-On removed over the past few days? This was a major part of our push to use the new RingCentral Video. Luckily, the app still works in the domain that we tested in, but it's no longer searchable in the domain that we did not test in.

Is anyone else getting a ton of phone calls where you can't hear anyone? I get about 5 calls a day like this. Is this a sales call? Or is there something wrong with my line?
