RingCentral Video | Supported Browsers

Question

Currently, RingCentral Video supports Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.Are there plans to include support for Firefox and Safari in the future?Since they are currently not supported, invitees who use Firefox or Safari are prompted to download the RingCentral App, which few people are willing to do. And it's an extra hassle even if they do.This means RingCentral Video is of little use for communication with outside business partners and we're having to opt for Zoom in these cases.

Wow, thanks for posting this question. The deal is sealed - my organization is OUT. Buh-bye RC, thanks to all your tech people in the Philippines for their kindness and patience, here's a bird flip for the folks on the other side. Thanks for wasting so many days of my work life on your podunk platform and with ill-informed folks who would literally not know what was going on and contradict each other. I can't believe we wasted so much time and energy trying to use this platform. To all of you hanging around - there are better options - FOR LESS MONEY!!!!!!!!
