I recieved a new personal number for my phone. The old number should still be used for the company. I no longer am recieving them and they are going to my co-workers phone. How do I recieve the calls for the buisness line?

What is the the impact of changing your PMI on previously scheduled or recurring meetings? Is it accurate that once you change your PMI, any meetings previously scheduled and/or recurring with the original PMI embedded will no longer be available? Can I have multiple meetings scheduled each with a different PMI that are still valid meetings?

I would like to have a shared address book so that when I mark a caller as SPAM or by the client's name, my employee will see that info too

Regarding RingCentral Case 09433975About a week ago our outbound text messaging from our RingCentral app to AT&T wireless customers stopped working. This has been confirmed by multiple users. All other carriers are receiving and sending text messages fine.Initially (Sept 20th) when I talked with RingCentral support they checked the "logs" and said nothing is wrong and told me that I should have my customers call AT&T check their accounts. (Probably the most ridiculous suggestion ever). Only upon my insistence did the RingCentral support escalate the issue to "Tier 2 Support".This morning (Sept 23) I received this message from Tier 2 Support: "We reviewed the logs for outboundmessages from (your number) it shows no errors over the past 24 hours. Im using MacOs 10.14.6 Mojave, RingCentral App, why can't I see my personal contacts, lets say I want to fax I don't wanna keep typing the phone number, I want to be able to put the name and it should autofill the phone number automatically.

How do you remove a introductory greeting that was setup by mistake?

Testing out some devices for office users. No matter what hardware setup I use, the remote person always hears themselves when I use RC Phone. When I use RC App, the remote person will not hear themselves. I tested this in my office, and from home. Same result.I have already made several changes to the hardware volume settings on the mic levels as troubleshooting steps. It's just weird that the RC App works perfect and RC Phone doesn't.This would seriously be a non-issue for us IF the RC App could pull contacts from Exchange or Outlook, but that's another can of worms.

Hi All!I can't sign in on my account and I keep on receiving that my account is disabled. I tried to talk to the chat support and the only thing he said to me is that I need a card verification for my account BUT the account that I'm using is connected to my Gmail account. I'm using Ring Central for FREE. So, I'm logging in using my gmail account. But last week, I can't login on all of my devices.Anyone knows how can I fix it?Can't contact all the support numbers - I don't know why? Is it because I'm in PH?

Is there a preferred ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) that integrates well with Ring Central? I am a recruiter and would like my call/text logs to be integrated into an ATS. Thx!

Like many, I would like to capture both outbound and inbound texts to email. Ringcentral only captures inbound texts to email. Does anyone know of a 3rd party program that will also capture outbound texts from Ringcentral to an email (we use Gmail)?Thanks.David

Has anyone else run into issues recently with RingCentral Meetings/RingCentral Meetings Embedded on OSX where the mic continually resets to zero? Not sure when this started but it's happening on a few different models.So far we've tried:Deleted p-lists and reinstalledVerified application is permitted microphone accessTurned on original soundUninstalled RingCentral Meetings and just used RingCentral Meetings embeddedFeel like this just started within the last few weeks and was not an issue originally with Mojave. My hunch was some kind of internal echo cancellation but that doesn't seem configurable and it would seem like turning on Original sound should circumvent that.Any thoughts would be appreciated. Which when certain language is used on a call, a trigger or alert is generated to send to another user. What is the best approach to get this started? Trying to find out if Siri works with the RingCentral app so that I can make hands free calls while driving.

Currently, the Zendesk integration leaves a text note with the Start Time, End Time, and Duration of the call. The admin setup documentation instructs us to create custom fields on the Ticket object to track these values, but these values do not auto-populate. The RingCentral App should be able to push these values into the actual Ticket object fields as shown in the documentation, instead of just as a comment. Without these values, reporting and tracking around these metrics is not possible.

Trying to get actual OB data by Agent. In Campaign Summary By Skill I get a total of OB contacts. When I go into Agent Summary is only shows calls connected, not calls made to a disconnected number, continual ringing, doesn't result in a pickup, ect.Any insight on how to get a true OB number by Agent? I know they are making many more calls than is showing up in Agent Summary.

Why is my phone off

We are currently using the USB MXL microphone with Large Meetings for Rooms. The quality is good but you hear all noises in the room instead of just the presenter. I 'm searching for a compatible wireless microphone/s that could be easily moved depending on where the presenter is.
