I want integrate ringcentral with my window form. So i need to find caller number and name during phone ring from c#. So is there any possible solutions?

I have data I need to load onto the system but cannot save it as CSV (Comma-separated values) file with UTF-8 encoding. can anybody advise of how to convert my excel sheet into this

HiI am unable to start or schedule a meeting using RC Meetings App on a Mac. It did work about a month ago, but when I tried to either start a meeting ad hoc or schedule, nothing happens. I am able to join someone else's meeting without issue.OS X Mojave 10.14.2RC Meetings: 6.3.135305.1213Steps & Outcomes:1. Start up RC Meetings2. Sign in using my email address3. All of the circle buttons appear with a blue ring4. If I hit Start Without Video, nothing happens. No new window, no indication any event happened.5. If I attempt to schedule a meeting, the window pops up, but it won't stick. No meeting shows up on my calendar.6. Question about screen sharing

I have several complaints our Cordless Panasonic dect TGP 500 /600 phones drop calls randomly. While I realize this brand is not "supported" by Ring Central has anyone else had this issue?The phone tend need reprovision occasionally. To get the phone on the Ring Central network Firmware updates are disabled. I suppose I could temporarily enable firmware updates to see if firmware could be the issue. Please share any cordless help.Thanks in advance!

When I click on Help (F1) in the ring central app it opens a web broswer to a salesforce link:Does this happen to anyone else?

The way it is now, I can only set the caller id on outgoing faxes to our Main Number, our Toll-free Number or my Direct Number. To me, this makes absolutely no sense. When someone receives a Fax from my company, I want my fax number on it not my main and certainly not my toll-free number. What am I missing?

Hi! I have the Ring Central small business phone system and am just getting set up. When I signed up I was told the the phone app on the phone was secured by a passcode and that you wouldn't be able to access the app without inputting some sort of security code. This is important for HIPAA compliant businesses, but I'm not seeing any options for this. My app just lets me open it with no security code and online customer support was not able to answer this question. Anyone know?

Glip used to tell us if the sender of a glip message is sending it from a desktop vs a mobile app.How can we enable that feature or is there a chance to bring that back?

For both SMS and Fax outgoing message types, the CallerID info is missing. Can we get the "to" "Location" and "to" "Name" elements populated properly? We know that RC has this info because we see it in the call logs - it should be accurately returned in the "to" array elements of outgoing messages. Currently we have to perform an API call on the messages-list and also the call-log and then cross reference them to access this information.

For SMS and VoiceMail incoming message types, the "to" array's "phoneNumber" is populated with the proper phone number that the message was sent to. BUT, for incoming Fax messages the "to" phoneNumber is populated into the "subject" element and the "to""phoneNumber" element is not populated at all. Based on the API documentation, this is not correct. Can this be corrected in a future version of the API?

We are using the Plycom desk phone and I am being told I cannot change the caller ID on outgoing calls. When I call clients or potential clients the caller ID is not my business name. It is the name of a man who used to have this number via Verizon. This is unacceptable and I need to have this issue resolved ASAP.

Using RC Meetings desktop app (6.3.15457.1221) on Win 10 running on a lenovo L380 (core i7 8th, 16GB RAM), Symmetric wired connection of ca. 300MB upstream/downstream.whenever I connect to a meeting (whether with video or without it), I get an awful audio quality with with lots of cracking/static noises. I use Jabra Evolve 40UC, and the noises appear whether I connect it through the USB adaptor or directly to the laptops 3.5 jack.any idea on how to resolve?

Is there a way for us to add roles in every users not to access the contacts?

I'd like to be able to see the meeting on our boardroom TV. The TV has chomecast built-in in case this helps. I am using the webcam to capture us on video, but the video of other participants only shows on my laptop. How can I use either the RingCentral Meetings app that I have on my macbook OR use RingCentral Meetings in my browser, which would then allow me to chomecast to my TV?

Users are constantly complaining the Ring Central app goes nutso when calls come in. That is, caller and user both hear weird sounds, call quality instantly drops. Nothing can be put on hold or sent to VM.Basically if you're on a call and another comes in, the whole thing just stops working.Anyone aware of Ring Central caring to address any issues with the App? Custom ring tones, call-waiting improvements?Something?

Our company only uses the RingCentral App/Glip because we prefer to only use one app to do everything (make/receive calls, send messages etc). However, we also like to use the RingCentral for Google extension so we can "click-to-call" from our browser since our CRM/ATS system is browser-based.The issue we're running into is that RingCentral for Google only allows us to make calls using RingCentral Phone for desktop NOT RingCentral App/Glip. There is no setting option for Make Calls in Google using RingCentral App. Unless I'm missing it?This seems silly since you've got this almost all inclusive app (RingCentral App/Glip) but then the google integration makes you call using the RingCentral Phone. So you end up having to use both apps anyway (unless you call in browser).Would it be possible to add "Make Calls using RingCentral App" to the Google integration settings?

Looking for some help with a peculiar ringcentral meetings issue we've been having. We have a company in the US, UK and AU. The UK is under UK Global office. I have multiple users in the UK that state that when they try to schedule a meeting through ringcentral meetings it shows dial in numbers for the US but nothing for the UK or the AU despite our global dial-in countries are set in the admin portal for the whole company to show all 3 dial in numbers.If they go to edit the dial in countries in the ringcentral meetings app and manually add these 2 countries it still only shows the US number when they go to schedule a meeting.For the US employees by default all 3 countries have dial in numbers for meetings, for the UK employees they are only presented with a dial in number for the US.

I am successfully retrieving an extension's message list using "message-store". We are able to obtain most of the information we require for faxes in our message box, except for:1) "Status" for Inbound and Outbound faxes we cannot seem to access properly. We are trying records['messageStatus']. but this returns "Received" for all messages, including those that are "Partial Receive" as displayed in the web-app call-log.We also tried referencing all of these:records['to']['messageStatus']records['to']['faxErrorCode'] records['from']['messageStatus'] records['from']['faxErrorCode']and they all return as not set (null).Where / how do we obtain the proper "Status" of

I created a shared mailbox in Office 365 to receive Fax notifications (and attached PDF's). I routed all incoming faxes in RS to use that mailbox. So far, so good. Is there a way to read some of the information from the header or cover sheet and route it from the shared mailbox to a department mailbox using MS Exchange Rules?
