can you email us the manual phone instructions for the T42s model/1. we need to check voicemail messages, need PIN#2. all incoming calls are going directly to Voicemail, we need to take it off this feature.

We had been using an AUDSOM AW615 webcam for video meetings and all of a sudden it stopped working with Ring Central, but still works will all other video chat/meeting software. Wondering why a camera that formerly worked with your software all of a sudden would stop but still works with everyone else?

I was curious if Admins can disable regular users from deleting their own posts. So for example, say Sarah posts messages on Glip. Can I make it so that Sarah can't delete any of her own messages and only Admins can delete any messages? If so, how can that be done? Also, can I make it that Sarah can't even edit any of her own posts? If so, how can that be done? And is it possible to make it so that none of the non admin people can delete or edit any of their posts...not just poor Sarah?

There was a change recently made within the RingCentral App (Glip) that has suppressed the limited Administrator functions we had available to us.For example, I used to be able to click "People" and "Teams" to see all of the Guests and Teams that our company has active. I could also re-send activation emails for guests who let their activation email expire through the People panel to assist our employees who have teams with their clients.Can we get these functions back? Were they suppressed to accommodate for other Administrative functions on the roadmap? We are attempting to configure the AVOXI virtual number service to call forward to our RingCentral instance, AVOXI has a VoIP/SIP/Softphone forward option, and we are unclear of the configuration and cant find anyone at RC that can help. They also have an option to just call forward to a number, but the VoIP/SIP/Softphone option is less expensive. has anyone used a third party service like AVOXI to rout numbers to RC?

I had an interesting experience the other day with a user that was new to our organization came into my office, saying that I should check the security settings of our Glip site because he was able to create his own account and "Get in".This caused me a bit of panic until I discovered the following:Because his e-mail was associated with the same domain as mine, when he created his ID, Glip recognized that we already had a Glip instance configured and it added him to it. To its credit, Glip confirms the user's "legitimacy" by making them click on a link in an e-mail that gets sent to their supplied address before activating the account.While he was able to get in, he was able to get into the "Organization-wide" team, but none of the individual teams that we had configured.He was able to see/IM others in the organization.I suppose it could be argued that this is a great feature that simpli

I am trying to call and record calls on the sandbox env.How to record phone conversations in the sandbox ? any pointer will be helpful.Thanks

Any way to get access to the account telephony sessions event in the sandbox account? My company is evaluating moving to RingCentral and I'm told this event would let us monitor all incoming calls from certain numbers, apply our own logic to those calls and reroute as necessary. The only issue is I can't evaluate our ability to do this since this particular event is not available in my sandbox account.

I have installed the Ring Central app on my computer and i have been trying to log into the app, but whenever I do, it stops me from logging in and gives me the message, "We are experiencing an issue with servers. If the problem persists, contact support for help." I had another person sign in on my device and they got logged in no problem, and it gives me this message whenever I try to sign in on other devices too. I am the only person I know of at my organization that has this problem. This is in the U.S. if that has any impact.

I've been using a Free Glip account for a few months (I'm the administrator of our little team), but now I am unable to log in from my desktop, Windows 10 app version 19.04.8 (E. 2.0.14) Build 922 (rev. 74530b7). I get either 'RC request failel' or the following message:The *my full email address* company is already on Glip with a different RingCentral Office account (UID *10-dig #*) than yours (UID *different 10-dig #*). I have an android phone and for some reason I can't use the mobile app for faxing. Whenever I need to fax something, there is no option for me to attach the document. The document tab is empty.

We are considering pursuing this in our org.It would be helpful to have the call pop when someone calls in, but beyond that, what is possible? Can we automate processes with process builder based on actions taken within the dialer?

We field tech support requests via telephone and email and was wondering if there was an extension or API we could use to create a Team that would allow allow emailed Support requests to populate in that team. Help, in the new app (blue R instead of blue phone handle) there is no longer a search bar at the top so I have no way to search prior voice mail messages (by name from contacts or by #) as I was able in the old app. I called tech support and was told sorry there is no way to search messages. Is this true?

My web hook is being called every time a SMS is received or sent. However, sporadically new sent SMSs are flagged as updated as opposed to new, and thus do not contain a message id to reference. Is there logic to this? They are all new messages.

I deleted a person recently and I would like to recover some information that was included in private chat. I know that it is possible to see all message from that person in regular Team thread but I did not find a way to recover private conversations.

How can I see what calls are refused

Using PTZ Optics camera with both SDI and HDMI outputs running to an internal DecLink card. But no video in the RingCentral Meetings app. I can see the video just fine in the DecLink included video application. But it won't work in RC Mettings.

We have two phones in our office. I would like them to both ring at the same time so that both phones can answer the call. Can i set my other phone up to the main number too?

Prior to a recent update, the US windows Ring Central app (Glip) would pop a notification and when you click on it, it would bring up the RC app and go to that message/conversation.Recently, if you click on the notification, it goes away and does nothing. Is there a possibility on admin portal to block certain fax numbers so our users cannot send any fax to them?

There are multiple copies of every personal contact I have in the desktop and mobile app. However if I go into personal contacts in my account online, it only has the one contact as you would expect.The duplicates are driving me nuts, my intention was to delete and then reimport them but now it's clear this isn't going to help as the duplicates are being caused by another variable.How do I get rid of the duplicates in my desktop and mobile apps? https://www.ringcentral.com/office/plansandpricing.html shows that 'Custom app development and deployment' is an included feature of the Standard plan, however whenever I call RingCentral Customer Service I'm told that I muse have a Premium plan in order to access and develop custom apps.It also appears as if other features listed on this webpage are either incorrect or have been recently changed.
