My outgoing fax is listed as processing for over an hour

Is that normal? Will I get a success or fail message at some point? It is a 18mb PDF with graphics

The First Step

Normally when sending a fax with Ringcentral it does not take that long. In any case you will receive a message weather or not the fax has failed or if it is successful.

The other thing you can do is check the call log and it will have the status of the Fax.
