Glip started to act weird beginning of the last week. I have contacted RC support via phone but they're unable to resolve the issues. It has been more than a week now.One of our colleagues accidentally created a duplicated account on RC which caused conflict between or main company account on Glip. (We had the same issue last year and resolved in two days.) Since then 3 people are locked out from their glip account and can't log in.We started to experience weird error messages or some of the setting options are missing as I noted below.The accounts of users from Argentina are disabled and they're receiving an error message when they tried to sign in with their e-mail accounts.Glip Admin can't remove accounts from some chats or disable individual accounts.Some accounts can't be assigned as adminRC agents keep saying that Glip t

If a user extension has custom hours and is part of a ring group, will the ring group hours override the user hours?Scenario: Front desk / Reception has a cordless phone so they can answer calls when away from the desk at the beginning of the day. The cordless has an annoying ring so custom hours have been programmed so the device will not ring during the day. However when the user extension is added to the reception ring group, calls go right through.Is there a why to force the user extension to respect the custom hours while being part of a ring group?

Allow Editing "Roles" so that a manager could see "user status", but not be able to adjust the call handling. This would protect the company and allow managers to view reports and assess performance.

In performance reports it defaults to "Yesterday" and it defaults to certain columns. I'd like it to default to "today" and the columns that I select so I don't have to continue doing it every hour when it refreshes. Thank you!

We are in a trial of RingCentral right now but have run into limitations with the admin section.We'd like to be able to apply templates to groups of users and keep track of who has what template applied.Since this isn't possible in the UI, we thought we could do it with the API.With the API we get Get/List templates, but I see no way to apply them to users.How can I do this?Thanks,David

I have integrated Ring Central with Zoho CRM. I have taken the professional plan for Zoho CRM. Also i have taken Pro Plus plan for Ring Central. So whenever i am trying to login in https://crm.zoho.com/crm then it is saying that unable to login / You have to take office plan for ring Central. So now i am confusing what is the process for Ring central plans for integrating with Zoho CRM ???

Dear Developer,Unable to play recording permission error in Salesforce, As a manager they should be able to play the call recording attached by ringcentral in the activity history. I had change their role to Super Admin and then they were able to play the recording. I tried creating a new role with all the boxes checked for the permission on the new role, but could not play recording with new role. Only Super Admin.Can someone please help me, so do not have to make the user a super admin to play recordings in Salesforce?I sincerely, appreciate anyone's help

I can open RC meetings and start a meeting but then I get the Connecting.... screen and it is all black and nothing else happens. I cannot cancel, exit or quit. I'm trying to use Wireshark to diagnose VoIP quality. I can see the SIP calls just fine but cannot get it to play back the call audio. Does anyone know if it's possible to play the audio from a RingCentral call? It appears to be using the Opus codec and I see no indication that the calls are encrypted but maybe I'm overlooking something.

Hi !Im the admin on my my Glip App website but Ive noticed that I can turn a guest into co worker anymore.When I click on the Gear icon to see the option over a specific user, it doesnt show that option "Change guest to co worker"What is going on ? Hey all, I was wondering if there was anywhere I could see info about planned app/extension updates? I actually use BT Cloud Phone but have noticed the Chrome extension is lacking some of the features of the RingCentral version. Specifically I am after being able to pick up a call you have placed on hold from the mobile/desktop app using the a Chrome extension. It seems to be built into the RingCentral version but in the BT version you can only view the current calls. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Adam

in accessing the call log with the uri of https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/xxxx/extension/xxxx/call-log the view is simple. trying .../call-log/?view=detailed i get nothing back.The API dev doc says to try .../call-log/detail but this also gives a 400 error. what is the correct way to get the detailed call log?
