Hi Team,I am getting below popup after login into developer account since 6 hours back and due to that i am not able to access any RingCentral API end points.when can i expect it to up and running ?

We are using the API for sending text messages. In the dashboard there's a graph which indicates how many messages went through and how many failed. Is there any place where I can see which all failed and why?

Hi,I'm planning to implement an integration/app to subscribe on posts events, and allow different accounts/companies to use this integration/app.Is it possible to set the app to be integrated for specific team/group? Or I need to use Glip API for groups to allow the user to select specific team -in my app page- to manage and filter the events for specific group?I could see that some of the existing integrations, allow the user to select specific team to install the integration on. Can I do something like that?Where the app will be displayed after "graduation" to production? in the app gallery or under integration in Glip?Also, how my app can be notified when the user delete the integration? Cannot access client's production account based in Canada. We can access all of our clients in the US, but when attempting to login with the Canadian's credentials, an authentication error is returned.

we use both mobile and desktop apps, problem is when we are in the office and the phone rings the calls come in via BOTH APPS so the main office phones ring and ALL mobiles ring at the same time - why is there not a simple slide tab in mobile app to temporarily disable mobile app, similar to "accept queue calls"

I'm working on a requirement for a customer, and I need to find calls in the call log where the recording duration is > 60 seconds. Within the call record, I see the property "duration", which pertains to the entire call. The problem is that sometimes my client's customers opt-out of the recording, and so the recording length is around 10-12 seconds, even though the actual call duration (indicated by the duration property) is anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour.Is there any way that I can obtain the duration of the recording from either the call record, or from the recording info record? Or, alternatively, is there a way that I can see if the caller "opted out" of the recording?

We have successfully been downloading recordings for several years. since the latest Ring Central network outage last Friday we have been intermittently been unable to find recordings by call sessionid using the call-log method. The recordings show up on the Ring Central customer site call log and we can download them there but we cannot find them using the API. We need help to determine if the call sessionid that we are using is correct and what the solution is.

When I try to call back someone from the app it will only call my office main number?

I have a small office of 4-5 Ring central users. We have our main business main number display on all outgoing calls. The issue I have is that at present all incoming text messages to that main number are only delieverd to one users account.This is a problem for us because different users are on call at different times and incoming text messages are going unaddressed.Is there a way to have incoming text messages delivered to multiple ring central users?

When I retrieve the value I get '03/05/2018 22:08:58'. Is there a setting that I am missing?

I currently have set up a poll from RC to get the presence data every 20 seconds. Currently we are running into issues. I am moving over to polling RC once a day to get the initial data and then using subscription to get the rest of the data. I have read some blogs on here linked below. But I can't seem to find a way to subscribe to the entire companies presence data.The reason for this is we have a KPI board that shows whos in the queue and whos not.Currently in my program.
