Turn off faxing

There are a couple of ways to control faxing on the acocunt.

At the phone numberlever - under Phone System > Phone Numbers - select the number in question and you can control what type it is:
 

As to the user, that’s the on the User Details:

You can also take out the faxing in the Roles, under Users.  I would copy a Role and then make the changes to the new Role for everything you want/don’t want the user to have.  Then a quick Template to assign to a group/subgroup - or just change the Role on the users Settings/Security tab.

Now if you are talking about controling it over the entire account - that would be a question for your account rep.

reach out to support and ask them to remove the Fax Icon from the app - only RC can do this.
