My company recenelty started franchising. We have 3 wholly owned stores (all under the same RC account). What is the best way to set up a franchisee. Is there a parent/ child set up option that allows the child account to get billed separately?Is there a way to share templates with accounts that you do not own?

The Voicemail PIN is not working on a couple users' desk phones. They are on Polycom VVX450 devices. The PIN has been tested immediately after changing it, a couple hours after, and a day later and there's still no access to voicemails. They can still be checked on the computer app, but some users are not utilizing the computer app and require access through desk phones.Phones have been rebooted after the PIN change to no avail.Any advice?

I've asked ring central about 40 times to do this and they are NOT helping.I'm trying to port my number from ringcentral to dialpad. I have filled in the form from dialpad but there was an issue, but dialpad won't say because they asked ringcentral and ringcentral won't say.Has anyone been successful in porting their number? I really need to know how this is done.Thanks.

I'm pulling call logs using the sync URLs in the API and posting them to an internal website. If a call is happening while the API call occurs, sometimes it will count the call twice or even a few times. However, I also have code that gets all the call logs from Monday until now. It correctly handles the calls after they have finished. The code for these two is identical except for the Monday function checks if a log is before Monday at one in the morning.

I am trying to set a phone to ring at the same time as another phone incase that receptionist is not at her desk the other person could answer without having to run to that desk. If I remember there was a tab for call handling but I do not see that. Is there a new way to set a phone to ring at the same time as another?Thanks

Subscribing to a message event is giving me a hard time. I have set up webhook notifications for my account before but a previous integration was failing so I had to remove my old subscription and create a new one to test with locally. Now when I go to subscribe to the webhook using the extensions credentials to sign in, the process responds back with an error message "403 - Forbidden" "Not allowed to subscribe for events of other account". I do training calls and when I'm on these calls I don't want to be interrupted by other calls coming in. How do I auto send calls to voicemail when I'm already on a call? I use the mobile app on a tablet exclusively.

The call queue has an extention why can't I add it to the phone hud?? I want to add call queue extentions to the receptionist phone but I can only add users.

I am running a new forecast for a team that has only 3 skills attached. When looking the the forecast data, I can only see the summarized volume, and when going to bulk edit, same issue.Is anyone else having this problem and what have you done to correct?

I'm attempting to integrate a RingCentral bot with a Flask application deployed on Google Cloud Run. We have a user who's status shows as "offline" even though she has repeatedly changed it to "available". She has logged and back in and it still will not budge from "offline". How can we fix this?

Caller's calls are received by an IVR menu first, and based on the selected option, their call gets routed to the corresponding extension. I set a webhook to listen to 'telephony events', so based on which extension is hit, an automated SMS is sent to the caller. Each extension has attached a different template message for each queue.As I am handling calls for multiple clients, the cases are common but I cannot identify which queue was hit by the caller at the beginning to send the caller the right message, since the text template will change depending on the client (queue) that is trying to be contacted.

Business phone 972-304-1800 cannot accept text messages nor the number assigned to us by Spectrum. Everything actually comes to and from a cell phone managed by a third party. We practically never text with a customer or vendor - it is an odd occurrence if ever done. Do we need to register? Which number do we register?

We have a larger RC environment with over 100 call queues. I am looking to be able to pull some type of report or see some info in the analytics portal that shows a reps total available time in call queues. We are trying to be able to monitor how long employees are available for calls during their workday.

Hello. Hard to complete my own research on this b/c I am finding quite a few dead ends (dead Salesforce URLs) in the RC Knowledge Base topics, very discouraging. Thanks RC!! :(Does anyone know if it's possible to see the time (mins and secs) a user is logged into a Queue OR in the alternative not logged in? I think this is a feature of the Contact Center but we are not large enough to justify the cost of the Contact Center. Thanks in advance! :)

After incoming call it is not creating case in salesforce

We update our ring groups quite frequently. With the latest release when you click on Ungroup it deselects the current users of the group and also includes users that were previously removed from the group in the list of members that can be selected. With the amount of ring groups that we have and the amount of members within each ring group it can be difficult to memorize who should be there and who shouldn't. How do I go about removing previous members from the ring group screen altogether?
