Is there a way to connect Ringcentral to Zoho’s Zia (their AI software)? We currently have Ringcentral connected to Zoho Analytics and we’re tracking call and text data but we want to maximize the tracking and wanted to integrate either Zia or OpenAI to get more detailed analytics.

I have not explored connecting RingCentral to Zia in Zoho, but I have been able to connect it to Zoho Flow, which has given me more options to add RingCentral data to Zoho Desk tickets and Zoho CRM modules. Maybe this could also be an option depending on what specific data you’re trying to connect?
