I'm getting the error "MSG-242" stating that the requested feature is not available

I have created a sandbox app for testing the SMS API, but I'm getting the error "MSG-242" stating that the requested feature is not available, the same problem as listed in https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/95263/index.html

Can you add SMS to +19492648446 please?
