I am getting and invalid syncToken when performing and ISync on the message store after running the FSync to get a token. The FSync works fine but when I use the returned token to follow up with an ISync I get the error. I can also replicate the problem by just using the api interface at https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Message-Store/syncMessages. Good afternoon, I need help with some methods I need and I can't find, there are 2 methods.1) The first method would be for when you create a call (webPhone.userAgent.invite) and you are waiting for the sender to answer, let's say you want to cancel the invitation, I can't find this method anywhere.2) The other would be to cancel the call when it is active, that is to say that you are already talking to the sender and vice versa, I want to hang up but I can't find the corresponding method.I looked for the information in many places and even in the documentation at: https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-web-phone

Hi All,I have installed Plantronics Hub on my computer (Mac running 12.6.1) but I cannot get either the RC App or RC Phone to detect Plantronics HUb. What is the best way to log Group SMS inside Salesforce?is it like a task is created for all the contacts inside group sms?Example:For 1:1 SMSQuestion:What happens when an inbound message from an unknown number is received?(Is it like we just create the task without being tied to any record, contact, lead or account?Answer:We try to find a match in salesforce based on the Contact details(phone number). If there is a single match, we match the contact with that record, and we log the task. If there are 0 matches or multiple matches, we don't log the task.Note: I am talking about Group SMS not Bulk SMS.

There's an idea here: Add a text message queue similar to the call queue | Community Ideas (ringcentral.com) That says it's planned, but when should we expect it? is there any way to know? I'm paying lots of money for a text option right now that I can't use, and have no alternative from RingCentral

The phones are working from what I have tested but only a few agents are able to login and actually take calls. Everyone else continues to receive errors and our calls are backed up. Is there any update to this?? The status page is not helpful.

I am trying to pull the phone number of an Inbound active phone number routed through a call Queue for an user. I am currently using Get User Active Call to try and pull that number. It seems to work for direct calls to and from User to Client and in call Queues if the inbound phone call is ignored by users. the issue is that if a user is busy and the systems moves to the next person or if a user declines a call, the User Active Call record changes to an outbound phone call and does not have the needed phone number anymore. How can I get the external phone number that I need when the record changed from Inbound to Outbound. Whenever a new bot add-in is created on RingCentral platform, it shows an email-id like (xxxxxx@xxxx.bot.glip.net) in the bot profile on the platform, what happens when an email is sent to this email-id? Is there any way to retrieve emails sent to this bot email-id?

I successfully created a webhook subscription to /restapi/v1.0/account/~/telephony/sessions. The subscription is active and not blacklisted, but my server isn't receiving notifications from that subscription. These notifications have worked in the past, but after deleting my old subscriptions and creating a new one, the subscriptions aren't coming in according to my Nginx logs. My app client ID is 8838LLxeS6aFN-iuh18BmQ and the subscription ID is 16aa1bc3-b3ad-45dd-bd57-f31106006a27.

We would like to sync the RingCentral events calendar to a Google Workspace Calendar. Is that possible? I'm aware that RC allow sync from Google to RC, but not RC to Google Calendar as far I can tell. If that's accurate, this seems like a conscious development choice to limit interoperability in order to keep users within the RC ecosystem.

Hi folks, I am juuuust getting started with RingCentral & Python, trying to run the sms.py sample app. I filled out .ENV as required, however, cannot run sms.py without error. I get the error:Unable to authenticate to platform. Check credentials. Either code, or username with password, or jwt has to be providedI have provided username, password, Client ID, etc. in .ENV and it is as if the script is ignoring it. I see a line of the script that says:platform.login(jwt=os.environ.get('RC_JWT'))which leads me to belive this sample .py file defaults to using JWT authentication? If so, how do I change it? If not, what might be wrong with my implementation? Thank You!

I have been unable to login in the Developer admin portal for quite a while now. The service has been down for more than a day.

When we were installed support created Holiday custom rules under Phone System / General Settings / "location" (we are a multi-site environment) / Site Call Handling / Custom Rules. What I am unsure about is why they pointed the Custom Rule to a "RingGroup" which immediately points to the Holiday IVR. I cannot see any reason why the Custom Rule wasn't pointed to the IVR directly. Could there be something that I'm missing?

After our app graduated to production I created a profile for listing in the App Gallery. I submitted the profile, however, did neither receive a confirmation e-mail nor do I see the profile in my console.Is this normal as the profile has not been approved, or do I have to assume that something went wrong when submitting the profile ?

Seems the dateFrom and dateTo are filtering on the startTime field instead of endTime (startTime + duration) and because of that its possible to miss some calls if we just set the dateFom on the next collection to the previous dateTo + 1ms.My questions:1. Does this API filter by startTime or end time? If it filters by startTime, do we have possibility to change to endTime?2. Does this API return calls that are not completed? Like in progress in this time interval (if this API filter by recording start time)
