Faxing from Remote Desktop version 2019

Is the RingCentral phone app for Windows desktop supported and compatible to work in an RDS (Remote Desktop Server) version 2019? And if it is.... How does it get installed, since when I tried to install it using the preferred method for installing apps on a Remote Desktop Server and subsequently ran it on a thin client, I received this error:
