I have an android phone and for some reason I can't use the mobile app for faxing. Whenever I need to fax something, there is no option for me to attach the document. The document tab is empty.

Is there a possibility on admin portal to block certain fax numbers so our users cannot send any fax to them?

I have attempted to delete unread faxes, and every time I reopen my computer in the morning, they show up again. So I continually have 11 unread items showing, which then removes my ability to use the "red dot" as my indicator for new messages. Please help. Why won't these stay deleted?

hello, trying to get approval for my company to use ring central however we will need to be able to disable the download feature for the faxes and voicemails. will this be an added feature in the upcoming updates?

I'm trying to send a fax to someone's efax number. I entered the number as 11234567890@rcfax.com & it failed. I then tried 11234567890@efax.com & it failed aswell. What is the proper way to send to an efax number??

Recieving faxes

I sent a fax on 5/9, today is 5/21 and can only view faxes sent for the last week. Where can I view a copy of this fax? I read on another thread that we can view them for 30 days.

I have tried to send the same domestic fax in teh US this over 20 times! I successfully sent a fax with more file attachments to the exact same recipient prior to this one, so I know the information and file names should work.

We recently setup a call queue to act as an overflow when an agent is currently on a call. The queue is ONLY used for this overflow call purpose and customers do not call directly into the queue.However, we recently created a queue for a team that receives a lot of inbound faxes. When the queue is active, inbound faxes now ring the agents phone. Can you still use your fax machine to receive faxes or does it all have to go through the app?

I tried several times sending faxes via RingCentral to a fax machine which is attached toATA Router and configured in RingCentral but never successfully transmitting a single fax over. Receiving error report "Fax Message Transmission Result to +65 xxxx xxxx - FAILED" but was not getting any details of the failure.However I get an error popped-up on the RingCentral screen after login. "E995 Service may be limited or unavailable. They are the same pharmacies. I am able to receive faxes from them but they cannot receive mine. This has been going on for two years now. A few of my users are having some troubles receiving faxes from certain parties.Some users can not receive a Fax from a party, but will have that Party send a Fax to another user and it will come through.I have tested this users account using all different types of Fax Protocols, and they all seem to work, but for some reason, this user can not receive faxes from these certain Parties.Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening? I can not seem to figure this issue out.

I am unable to send an e-fax, with attachment and include a cover page. I consulted in "messenger" with an IT specialist. Through trouble shooting we found that I could not send my attachment AND a cover page at the same time. IT suggested I post this to the "community" board.
