Scan and fax from MFP document feeder using RingCentral desktop app

Hi,

I am trying to scan and fax from MFP document feeder using RingCentral desktop app. However, the app scans from flatbed glass and hence, it expects one sheet of paper to be scanned and faxed rather than multiple pages from the document feeder. I would appreciate any suggestions on addressing this issue.
