Using web interface, how do I enter company details into the fax cover page?

I don't use the desktop app or mobile app, only the RC web interface. My company details apparently aren't displaying on the fax cover page. (See screenshot.) I have looked through all the questions but they seem to be when using the desktop app. Is there a way to put my company information on the fax cover sheet?
