Q: Is the ability to see the whole company's support tickets no matter what user puts a support ticket in on the radar?

A: Admins and Super Admins can view all the cases on an account by clicking “View all cases” from the My Cases section of the support site.

A: Currently Call Queue announcements are limited to Ultra & Ultimate license tiers. Connect with your account team to see what options you have with your current package or upgrading your package tier.
