The RingCentral Ideas Portal has grown in use and with this increased usage and volume of new ideas, a new portal has become necessary.
The Community Team wants to ensure our customers can connect their valuable feedback with RingCentral product teams in the most efficient and meaningful way.
Starting February 25th-29th, the Ideas Portal will be offline as we transition to our new platform. The anticipated downtime for this is 4 business days, with our brand-new portal becoming available on March 1st.
During this downtime, our Ideas Portal and Community are available at ideas@ringcentral.com to answer any questions about this transition.
Our new portal will have enhanced navigation that allows you to submit feature requests in a dedicated forum for the products that you use every day!
Things will look and feel a little different, but your experience will remain the same.
And don't worry - your ideas and votes are being transferred to this new portal and will be available when you log in.
