Thanks, I saw that post. So there is no way at all to add feature buttons to the web app either? You can only use the API's to control settings and functions?

Sorry, let me set the scene.

We allow Ring Central users to take card payments when they are on an active telephone call without the agent asking the customer to read out their card details on the call.

We are looking to provide a button that launches the agent Paytia web interface from the screen/application they are using for Ring Central call management.

Development support has clarified this is not possible yet so I have created a suggested idea ticket. Please vote if this would also be useful for you.
