You need to go to Groups > Call Queues > Click on the Call queue > Pickup settings & Members

Upon adding the members the system will ask you, if you would like to add a pickup key to Presence (in other words to the HUD)

If you don't have Pickup settings & members you need to get it enabled for your account.

What if I don’t want to pick up a call in the queue but rather call the queue because it has a group of phones in it I would like to reach out to?

In the RingCentral App: Add the Queue to Favorites

Since the HUD is optimized for user extensions, the best way to keep the call queue handy for outbound dialing in the app is through your Contacts:

  • Go to the Contacts tab in your RingCentral app.

  • Search for your Call Queue by its name or extension.

  • Click on it and select the Star (Favorite) icon.

  • This pins the queue to your Favorites list right under the phone tab, giving you a quick, dedicated button to ring the whole group whenever you need to.
