Bypassing Paging group Extension number

We have moved from Panasonic PBX to Yealink T-54W. We can still page to overhead speakers using an Algo adapter, but RingCentral requires the EXT number be inputted to do so. Is there a way to bypass the requirement of inputting the ext number, and essentially only pressing Page to successfully reach the speakers overhead?

Per my implementation person, the “Page” softkey on the Yealink deskphones will always require users to enter the paging group.  However, I found that I could create speed dials for users to be able to page overhead without having to remember the page group number.

Go to User > Devices > Presence and create a Speed Dial.  The speed dial is the *84 [the paging shortcut] + your page group extension + #:

When my users hit the Page speed dial key on their deskphone, it connects directly to the paging group.

The downside is that I haven’t figured out how to create “System Speed Dials” so that I can create it once and anyone can access it - it has to be programmed for each person who wants it.  (I’m still pretty new with RC, though, so maybe I just haven’t found System Speed Dials yet.)
