Call Monitoring work around on Android or iOS with desktop Pairing?

Hi Jay! Call monitoring is only supported in the RingCentral desktop and web app, not in the RingCentral mobile app.

Have they added this feature yet? I'd love to be able to walk around and Monitor on an ipad. I would help with new hires being able to listen to live calls also. I'm surprised this isn't a feature yet.
