Caller ID for Call Queue outgoing calls

We have a Call Queue number that our staff use as their outgoing caller ID sometimes, When staff use this it comes up with a Caller ID that isn’t correct, where can I get this changed? 

For example when you call out using the Call Q Number the receiving phone get’s “Company Name Tasmania Burnie” but we want it to just say “Company Name Tasmanaia”

When you are logged into your RC Admin panel, go under ‘Phone System’ - ‘Phone Numbers’ - ‘All Numbers’ - and search for the outgoing number. 

Click on that number and on the right side of the screen will be the CID entry.  It will default to your main, but you can put in a Custom.

You can also set the Outgoing number for your staff on their profile - we created a Rule and apply it to every new staff member - helps cut down on a lot of clicking.  This way, everyone has the same outgoing fax line number/central company line/etc.
