Calls not completing

We are new to RingCentral. We’re getting a lot of calls where nobody is on the other end - much more than we did with our old system.  It’s disconcerting because we are getting a lot of calls that work as expected, but we’re not sure if we’re missing potential clients or if they’re spam calls?  

I found this question asked about 3 years ago and the answer pointed to a link that seemed to be about Robocall Mitigation, but the article has been removed from RC.  I’d appreciate any update or insight if this has happened to others.

I would engage their support team as well as your account rep - but be patient - support will try and say there’s nothing wrong.  get them on the phone, not email - and make them see (hear) what’s going on.

They have tools that allow them to see the calls from ‘behind the scenes’ - and should be able to dianose this in short order.
