We are new to Ring Central. We’re getting a lot of calls where nobody is on the other end - much more than we did with our old system. It’s disconcerting because we are getting a lot of calls that work as expected, but we’re not sure if we’re missing potential clients or if they’re spam calls?
I found this question asked about 3 years ago and the answer pointed to a link that seemed to be about Robocall Mitigation, but the article has been removed from RC. I’d appreciate any update or insight if this has happened to others.
