Can Ring Central APP be installed for all users instead of individual user profiles only?

We are looking for a way to install the Ring Central App onto our Windows 10 PCs so that the installation is installed for not only the original user profile but for all previously existing and all future user profiles on the Windows PC. Is this possible and if so please let us know how we can accomplish this.

... and if you're installing on a Terminal Server - Install as an Admin - don't forget to 'changeuser /install' before, and 'changeuser /execute' afterwards. ;)
