Can the AI assistant announcement be modified?

We would like to modify the default “AI is taking notes” to include a disclaimer. Is this something that we can modify?

Right now, modifying the "AI is taking notes" announcement to include a custom disclaimer isn't available in RingCentral.

The best move is to post a Feature Request on the RingCentral Ideas Portal. The product team reviews these regularly, and submitting your idea is the best way to help get customizable AI announcements added in a future update!

The First Step

The “AI is taking notes” anouncement can be modified in our RingEX enviromement. This can be done in the Admin Portal> Phone System>Company>Company Call Handling>AI assistant.
