Can we text from the main number on the app?

Hi @Mike Rhue, the Extension that will be capable of sending an SMS from the main number is the operator extension. The one who can make these changes is the admin on the account.

Go to Phone System Tab > Auto-Receptionist > Company Call Handling > Company Fax/SMS Recipient > Select Extension> Save.
