Cannot Access Admin Portal/Queue Settings

Our team is having trouble accessing the admin portal this morning. I got a “Bad Gateway” message appear after sometime. 


The team is also having issues toggling their queue status. When they toggle it on in the desktop app, it will toggle off and present the following error message:

Yes, this is a known issue and we’re working to resolve it. 
Please use the status site as a way to monitor and I’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update around resolution.
