Cisco ATA 191 Provisioning Issues

Hi,

I have a Cisco 191 ATA box. Can't seem to find anyone at ring central who has even heard of these let alone help me configure it.

Can anyone help me please? I have entered in the SIP information, left the Profile Rule empty but i still get,

Provisioning Profile:https://activate.cisco.com:443/software/edos/callhome/rc?id=748FC2E88E1A:FVH27120MSJ:ATA191-MPP&sw=11-1-0MSR3-9
Provisioning Status:Failed
Provisioning Failure Reason:Zero file size

I believe the Profile rule needs to be β€œsip.ringcentral.co.ukβ€œ for UK provisioning and β€œsip.ringcentral.com” for US provisioning.

Ensure that you change Network Setup > Network Service > NAT to Bridge.

Even with this though, I’ve got one device working, but another one is failing to provision β€œSorry, but we can't provision your phone device”.

ATA is on the latest available firmware:Β ATA19x.11-2-5MPP0001-151

Would you be able to provide a more up to date link, please?
