I have the same problem. The chat robot goes round and round and tells me to ask for Live Agent but when I do then tells me that I only get self service support despite paying for a Standard Plan that says 24/7 support - unlimited live chat support on the pricing page.

you have to open a support ticket and then they will only answer the easy ones and tell you that you are wrong and that there is no problem
