CR 6002 error code for SMS registration

I received this message when attempting to set up the SMS

• DCA declined sharing request for campaign C3D6YEK. Explanation: CR6002 - Privacy policy does not state that no mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliate; Additional Comments: ;PP needs update

I looked up error CR6002 and followed the recommendations and added the appropriate statement to the Privacy Policy.

Yet, I continue to receive this error message. Any thoughts?
